Enrollment & Academic Services' Office of Space Inventory is responsible for maintaining current building and room space inventory for the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) and performing the survey of scientific and engineering facilities for the National Science Foundation (NSF).

An annual Space Inventory Update is performed to submit the information to the THECB, and the NSF Survey is performed biennially. In addition to managing more than 850 buildings on the campus of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, the team oversees space inventory for Texas A&M University at Galveston, the Texas A&M University School of Law School in Fort Worth, Texas A&M University System Agencies, the Texas A&M Higher Education Center at McAllen, and the Veterinary Education, Research, & Outreach, a dynamic partnership between the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences (CVMBS) and West Texas A&M University (WT
in Canyon, Texas.
